Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Because Commission’s artwork is custom-made, refunds are limited.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be given once the artwork has been completed.

• If the artist cannot complete the commission, the remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellations

• Clients may cancel before work begins.

• Once sketching or painting has started, only partial refunds may be available.

• Repeated cancellations or chargebacks may result in refusal of future commissions.

Changes & Revisions

• Edits are allowed during the sketch process.

• Major changes after approval may require additional payment.

Shipping Issues

• The artist is not responsible for postal delays.

• If artwork arrives damaged, clients should contact the shipping carrier first.
